the only diet that really worked for me was having my jaws wired for 10 weeks, I lost 130 pounds or so but I wouldn’t recommend it. About 2yrs ago I was pushing 300lbs and decided that woulkdnt do at all, a change of diet/proportions and exercise and Im now around 210. Im not fanatical about it and still like to splurge occasionally but I just add a couple more laps in teh pool, another block to my walk or a lap of the neighberhood on the bicycle
