I had great success with Atkins to drop a lot of weight (30 lbs) in a relatively short period of time (2 months). To keep it off I still watch my carb intake through portion control and exercise regularly. It’s been almost four years since I stopped following the Atkins regime strictly and I have only put 5 pounds back on.
