Susanll – i’ve been on off flour and sugar (except small amounts of fresh fruit) diet since april…to date i’ve only lost 12 lbs…i do feel much better staying away from alcohol, sugar, and processed foods – so does my boyfriend, who eats the same way i do and has lost 25 lbs., even without exersize…the plan we follow is from a book called "The Sugar Control Plan"…
i think of it more as an "eating plan" than a diet – we want to eat this way most of the time, indulging with discretion from time to time…
