I’ve gone back to watching my carbs, it works. Jogging is what a person would have to do in order to burn all of the hidden carbs in crap. I don’t eat tons of sausage or bacon, nothing crazy, I still eat BBQ sauce and ketchup and what not. I just limit things like pasta and pizza to once or twice a week. The rest of the time lean meats and green veggies.
I don’t consider it a "diet" but a lifestyle.
