Portion control, avoiding most fried things, and running 20-25 miles a week + biking 30+ miles a week. That way, I maintain a healthy weight, and I can still have the occasional double cheeseburger at Workingman’s Friend. Dieting is just too depressing, and there’s too much good food out there. I’d rather run an extra mile and eat that po-boy than stick with just rabbit food all the time.
