Oh my, where to start….
3 different kinds of chile paste, turkish, indonesian, southeast asian,
Crystal hot sauce, tabasco, sriracha, japanese mustard, pure wasabi powder from New Zealand, 3 different kinds of Japanese pickled ginger,
Fermented soy beans, fermented soy beans in hot chile sauce, vietnamese fermented soy beans, all used as a rice or noodle condiment, thai pickled lotus root (a great condiment for southeast asian salads)
Gates BBQ sauce, original recipe.
India relish
Sweet Indonesian Pedas Manis, which is a spicy ketchup made by Heinz, great on eggs,
Various chutneys from the UK and India
Tunisian Harissa, made in France
Kewpie Mayonnaise, made in Japan
Lavendar Jam from Canada
Fig and onion relish from Napa Valley
and all of the normal stuff, ketchup, dijon, yellow mustard, Hellmann’s mayo, pure maple syrup
