The 2 main reasons I refrigerate most condiments, mom always did so its basically ingrained, 2 the pantry can be confusing with one opened and 2-3 unopened bottles so the frig door is more convenient. I do let ketchup and hot sauces sit on the counter on occasion (usually because I forgot)
