Thanks everyone for the compliments. I wish ya’all were close enough for me to have shared. The meat was only 99 cents a lb. The whole brisket was less then 10 bucks. I used maybe 4 bucks worth of briquets and 4 or 5 chunks of free hickory. If I’d had more people to feed all the extra cost would have been for a 2nd brisket.
