Are you between Las Vegas and Stateline (Whisky Pete’s or as it is now called ‘Prim’)?? Or are you out the NE side heading towards Mesquite and the AZ line? The Highway between the CA line and Vegas is expanding rapidly, so that given decent access to on and off ramps you should be in a good position to expand there. On the NE side things aren’t moving that fast as you out towards the Indian Reservation.

I think the biggest draw would be appealing signage that can compete with the Casino signs at the exits along the 15. Wouldn’t hurt if you had an AM/PM Mini-gas Service close at hand!
