You know, I lived in Charleston for several years and I never knew they even had hotdogs there, except for one place downtown. There is so much to love about Charleston, and here I never got to love the hotdogs — although I’d not want the catsup or the slaw. There used to be a place at the corner of Quarrier and Dickenson with a poolroom in the back. It was the Hub, and it had terrific barbeque sandwiches and hotdogs. I used to have to fight them to keep the slaw and catsup off the dogs and the slaw off the barbeque. [:D]
