Is a branch of the Rio Grande Cafe in that little strip mall in Arlington? I think it is on Glebe Road? If so, I second the recommendation. It is quite good.
That little strip mall has several good restaurants. There is a wonderful Vietnamese place (Pho 77, I think?). Excellent, excellent Vietnamese pho (soup). There is also a higher priced Italian place, that comes highly recommended by some.
