Big Butt BBQ
Here is my recipe:
1-� pounds of ground beef and pork mixture.
2 small eggs
3/4 to 1 cup grated Locatelli Romano cheese
1-teaspoon ground pepper
1-teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon basil
3/4 cup of Parmesan breadcrumbs (Progresso)
1-tablespoon garlic powder
Mix ingredients well and refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer.
Roll the meatball the size of a golf ball
Bake in a 350 F degree oven for 20 minutes and turn them over and bake for another 20 minutes.
Place meatballs in your tomato sauce and simmer for a minimum of 45 minutes.
