Blog’s sound like such fun! Here in North Carolina the only Polish they know of is the nasty packaged sausage in the cold section in the grocery store. How I long for a good ol’ fashioned Polish restaurant like those I grew up with in Chicago! If anyone ever hears of something in NC, please post it!
