Just don’t get fooled into eating the Bramblewood Pie at the Bramblewood Cafe…In Springdale. Check out the amazing rosemary bushes in that town.

You picked a fantastic trip to take. The drive out from Vegas, once you get out of Nevada, is really nice. The mountains in Arizona are beautiful. Do not get discouraged by the absolute filth along the road leaving Vegas. Nevada’s Dept of Transportation should be ashamed of themselves.

Zion and Bryce are unbelievable. You won’t have to worry about the food. I recall a nice place to stay just outside Bryce….A truckstop that really was a motel…I think it was called Rosie’s? Good food. Don’t look for too many veggies in this part of the country though. Lots of meat and potatoes.
