Hi Michael…my Aunt used to saute them in a pan with a little dry sherry and would sometimes add peas. It kind of had a sauce or gravy but she doesn’t remember how she made it exactly. You know when you kind of make things up as you go along. She didn’t write it down. Actually she kind of started it as a meatball then she flattened it. LOL.[:)]
