I think this may have happened to me. In December I bought something at OfficeMax with my credit card and shortly thereafter, I began to notice fraudulent charges on it. The bank gave me a new card with a new number.

That’s interesting. I can’t recall ever using my debit card at Office Max, but I have used credit cards.
