Can a …restaurant … …be too upscale to draw patrons? Whadda ya think===
One of the biggest restaurateurs tried that here in Tucson. He opened two places called Smoking and they only lasted about two years. All his other places here are great but his idea of what a BBQ joint should be was just off the wall, the place was just to sterile. When I think a BBQ joint should look like I always revert back to Rudy’s in Leon Springs Tx.
