Someone told me that Kretzler’s (Babcock Blvd. just north of Pgh) serves a good devonshire.  I’ve been to Kretzler’s many times, but never bother to look at the menu, as they also have what I consider to be the best fish sandwich in the city.  I’ll have to make an exception on the next visit.
