PapaJoe8,

I bow to your wisdom. I had a darn good bowl, acutally several bowls, of vegetarian chili last weekend. There is an organic produce market and vitamin store across the freeway from work that has a brunch everyday. They had vegetarian chili so I thought I would try it. I really did not miss the meat. If I was looking for meatless chili this would be it.
