I made the habanero turkey chili and it was very tasty, though the hubby (a die-hard "Texas Red" chili maker)refused to acknowledge that it was chili and claimed the texture of the turkey "tasted funny". Other folks that ate it loved it and wanted the recipe.

We miss Justin Wilson, too… I was lucky enough to meet him at a book-signing once, and gave the autographed cookbook to hubby for Christmas that year.
