Having received warnings about spoilage when dealing with "pre-stuffed" turkey’s for most of my life it’s no wonder when I see the Turducken with all it’s handling and pre-done stuff, I get concerned about health issues.
Then I think about the sanitation level of the typical poultry factory production line, and I get doubly concerned !
