If you are going to Lincoln City on the Oregon Coast, I recommend the Dory Cove and Mo’s . Other cities would have different recommendations.
In the Gorge, the Charburger in Cascade Locks has passable food but a first rate location looking directly out on the Columbia. I also like the Multnomah Falls Lodge for breakfast.
In Pendleton, I like the Rooster Cafe. The cowboy breakfast in Stillman Park is a great way to pick up local color and a great spot to eat breakfast on Parade Day.
