Paul, a good lager needs about 35-40 days in the tank. It’s not something you can make on short notice. Besides, my buddy still doesn’t know what I’ve got in mind. I have to break the news to him that I’d like to have the use of one of his fermenters for that period of time. It may take a while to work it into his brewing schedule. I still can’t say for sure that this will work out.
