So far the weather has given us a mild winter. We can hope that the trend will continue thru February.

I was asked about the reason why we are aiming for the dinner buffet rather than earlier for the luncheon, which is a bit less expensive. The response is twofold. 1. some of the folks are making a day-trip for the meal and need the time to make it to Owensboro by mid-afternoon. AND 2. The Dinner Buffet includes items not available to the lunch folks, Usually the Ribs, Oysters, catfish, and the wide variety of pies are evening items not found on the Lunch version of the famous buffet. Hope that answers the question.
