My favorite topping is just mustard; brown for a beef dog, brown, yellow, or Dusseldorf for a beef/pork dog. If I’m going to add anything else, it would be the fantastic and unique relish at Rutt’s Hut. I like chili occasionally. Although I live in N.J. I think my favorite chili is at Coney Island Rest in Middletown, NY. I’ve been there with Benzee and some people from Roadfood a couple of times.
