petepups, you are probably talking about Hank’s Franks, you can make your potatoe recipe by using potatoes boiled,then fried with a little olive oil,red peper flakes – if you like a little heat, parsley and salt & pepper to taste, or to kick it up a notch add tobasco or your favorite hot sauce.
