My cart has a side flat-top where I grill fresh jalepenos, sweet red peppers, onions and have warm kraut. I put my bigger sausages on a french roll. They are as big and look like a a chipotle Burrito after I foil wrap them and I charge 3.50. They look great. I carry a horseradish mustard, ketchup, yellow mustard, relish and raw onions
