SUNDANCER(Paul),I have had tennessee tomato’s and they were grand. I like them sliced fairly thin w/ mayo and a bit of salt and pepper and put on either toasted bread or a ‘baquette’ which I get from PUBLIX. Actually Tennessee soil must be a lot like Jersey’s,both produce fruit with real flavor and ‘bite’. Many years ago,I visited a friend in Knoxville and we went to a local ‘veggie stand’ where all of the produce was wonderful. I am envious!
