Fresh light bread, red ripe ‘maters right out of the garden sliced at least 1/2" thick, lots of JFG mayonaise, salt and pepper. Now that’s a good sandwich! Can’t get JFG mayo here in East Texas, but I’m going to visit my family next weekend in Morristown, Tennessee – guess I’ll have a ‘mater sandwich fixed the right way!
