While I am not defending Jack nor the fine establishment he reviewed, but the pic of the ribs made me march out yesterday to my local rib supplier to buy a few slabs to smoke this weekend.
While yes, I too like to taste the BBQ meat, a heavily sauced rib as shown with GOOD sauce is heaven. To me. And obviously only me.
