Considering I posted the review I feel I needed to comment:

First off, John A – Yes, these ribs are served wet, but no one is making you consume every drip of BBQ sauce (which, might I add, is outstanding)with the ribs. If you really prefer your ribs dry, then ask for them without sauce and you will recieve dry ribs. Clem’s isn’t the best BBQ in the country, but is the place to get your BBQ fix in Central PA, definitely worth the try if you are in State College or the surrounding area
Secondly, bbqjimbob – these ribs were not cooked in the sauce, but added afterwards. Otherwise I would have never reviewed the place in the first place as it makes for poor BBQ.
