In all my food services I trained all my staff to make every part of the plate important. The toast is just as important as any other item. If I were to open a breakfast type restaurant I would make homemade bread for toast. I would make my own jams and jelly. The Sausage and bacon w/b cured and made on site. My own smoked hams would also be offered……When I make my breakfast for my families meal at home I take time to make it nice. This is a Seattle Sourdough toast, it has a nice flavor and crunch.
