Yeah I m picking up some decent buns today. I was in a grilled cheese mood earlier so I had that potato bread. I do like it rare, plus I figured it would be better as I will be reheating the leftovers. I used hickory that had some bark on it. I saw some site the other day where you could purchase pieces of old wine casks for smoking, sounds interesting.
