A little bit of hipster and a little bit of tradition- sadly something that’s probably needed to survive in today’s day and age.

When I go to an Iowa Supper Club I expect a nice gigantic thick juicy Iowa Chop (smoked or not) freshly grated shredded hash browns with a slap of American cheese and smothered fried onions and a you name it salad bar with every homemade marinated and mayo concoction imaginable.

I’m in!!!  Don’t forget pie for dessert!!!
