We have decided on “Thanksgiving dinner” but made with a big stuffed roasting chicken.  And not particularly because it’s Valentine’s Day.  Because it’s Sunday and I like a nice Sunday dinner.  Italian tradition!  For the next three nights we have to polish off the left overs.  I might make a lemon meringue pie or key lime pie Sunday.  Hmmmmmm……..decisions, decisions.
