If you can determine which city in the US has the highest rate of obesity, then you have probably identified the city with the highest per capita representation of fast food restaurants.

I could well be mistaken on this point, but I seem to recall some information to the effect that Dallas had the highest rate of obesity in its population. If that is true, I think that you may have found the winner (?) of the per capita fast food restaurant count.
