Make enough stuffing that you can freeze half and use it for Christmas. Have a small turkey for Thanksgiving, and Cornish Hens for Christmas, with orange halves scooped out for your cranberry sauce. It looks great on the plate. You won’t need left overs at Christmas with all the other cooking going on. [:)]
