Amen to the cornish game hens-when my husband and I were 1st married and far away from people to share a meal,that is what I made.i used a wild rice stuffing as lleechef suggested,and poured a cranberry/orange glaze over them.The rest of the meal consisted of mashed potatoes,green bean casserole,yams and a couple of pies(oh yes, and my husbands homemade rolls)That meal and time together is still one of our favorite memories…[:)]
