We did a turkey breast with the stuffing under the skin. You can bone it before or after, but either way, when it is sliced it makes a nice presentation. The stuffing stays moist under the skin. Keep it simple and don’t think that you need to make a lot of dishes.

There is something in my head that says forget the whole thing and go for breakfast in bed, make that part of the day special. Then stay in bed. Hey, you’re newlyweds after all.[;)] That is something to be thankful for and enjoy.
Make some appetizers and snack out like it is Superbowl Sunday.
