Not that it’s necessarily the case here, but many times “the IT guys fixed the problem” really means “the IT guys un-broke whatever it was they broke in the first place”.[}:)]
As an IT professional I can say this from experience.[;)]
I’ve been in IT since 2004, and yep, this is definitely true more often than we would like you think… but it’s just as often that something breaks due to circumstances totally beyond our control. We’re used to getting no recognition but shrieks of rage – so it’s very gratifying to see the appreciation in this thread! [8D][:)]
