Tater Tot casserole has always been one of my favs, dating waaaaay back to those Iowa – Methodist Church – Pot Luck dinners.

TATER TOT CASSEROLE

1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 sm. bag tater tots
1 can green beans, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix soup with green beans. Layer casserole dish with beef, then green bean mix, top with tater tots. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncover last 30 minutes.

"Fancy" restaurants call them Croketts, right? In Germany – they are called Kroketten. I have seen a variation over there where the tot has more of a consistancy of mashed potatoes inside, vs. shredded. IMO, not as good.

Hey Napolean, give me some of your tots![;)]
