I don’t want to rain on anyone’s parade, but give me a break. Tater Tots? They really should be called Tater Fats. I can’t think of a more unhealthy potato product. Of course they taste good as they are loaded with fat. They are also highly processed. I would not feed them to a dog.

If you are a true potato lover, why not try small baby potatoes or fingerling simmered to perfection with perhaps a little drizzle of butter and parsley on top?
