I was there for most for the day Tuesday and I have to say that it was one of their better shows. Glad to see more of their corporate chefs manning the fresh produce and meat booths and answering questions. Highlight for me was getting an actual Sabrett (not a cut up sample) from a neat little countertop replica of a real hot dog cart.. pretty neat oh and the Osso Bucco Ravioli from Provini.
Did anyone try the new Asiago Steak Panini sandwiches? very impressive.
So who one the trip to Vegas? pretty sure it wasn’t me haha.
