We don’t have breakfast at home on Sundays, I’m usually working. But when the camper goes on the truck and the boat is in the water, it’s breakfast galore. One of the best things about these breakfasts is PERCOLATOR coffee! Of course we have everything from fritattas, omelettes, eggs any way, bacon, sausage, homemade corned beef hash, potatoes, toast, fruit, muffins, etc.

When I lived in South Boston my favorite Sunday breakfast was to go to an Irish pub with a bunch of friends and have Irish breakfast: bangers, Irish bacon (made from the loin), blood sausage, potato sausage, fried potatoes, eggs, broiled tomato, Irish soda bread and raisin bread. What a feast!!!
