On Sunday we usually make omelettes after Church. We stuff them with ground maple sausage, onions, green pepper, and cheddar cheese. When in season, I like a beefsteak tomato on the side. I generally don’t have breakfast (unless caffeine counts) during the week so yes we look forward to the Sunday breakfast.
