Talking about omelettes made to order – I spent a majority of this year in a hospital for several surgeries, and hospital food in general is just bad. But one morning the nice girl who delivered the trays heard me grumbling and told me that i could get a ready to make omelette. Well, these omelettes were the best that I have ever, ever had. Better then any diner, restaurant or even home made! Not only did I write a rave review about the chef when I received my ‘how did we do’ survey from the hospital, but upon being discharged, I found him and tipped him. [8D]
