As long as we’ve turned to stoves we hate, I’ll also turn to a refrigerator that deserves to rot in hell. My SUB-ZERO.
About ten years ago, we replaced our 20-year-old GE (which had never had a single problem) with a SUB-ZERO. It has been unreliable, costly to repair, and the vegetable drawer freezes over.
The ice maker works according to the phases of the moon, I think; and it has none of the conveniences of many other models that cost a third as much (like easily adjustable shelves).
So, why, you may ask, did I buy it?
Any guesses?
