Pie Diva, I will eat just about any pie, but the butterscotch with the curry crust that you made a few years ago is a personal favorite.

If you want to go the citrus route, a good, tart key lime or lemon cream, as long as it could be kept cold, would be yummy, too. 

But really, anything you make will be good, I’m sure!
