Laserwolf (what a cool name) I also use jarred sauce with ground chuck doctored a bit for the same reasons, cheap and quick. I put a little chili powder in the jarred sauce along with a medium sized onion cut in thin rings and a hefty dash of garlic powder and mixed Italian seasoning. Simmer until the onions start to melt.
