Roossy, that looks similar to the one my mother made, with one exception. She would use two jars of the chipped beef and make enough to feed 8 people. We weren’t well off in those days (the sixties and seventies — don’t believe I’ve had it since). It was a lotta gravy and a lotta toast, and little bits of meat. But we didn’t know any better, and we loved it.
